1. Number of Guests
The holiday home may be occupied by a maximum of 6 guests.
Overnight stays by additional guests are not allowed without prior agreement.
2. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Outdoor smoking must be done considerately.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
3. Pets
Pets are not allowed without prior agreement.
4. Noise and Consideration
Please be considerate of neighbors.
No parties or loud music are allowed.
5. Cleaning
The house must be left tidy.
All dishes must be washed.
Trash must be sorted and disposed of properly.
If final cleaning is not included, the house must be cleaned before departure.
6. Waste Disposal
Waste must be disposed of in the outdoor trash can.
7. Electricity
Please turn off all lights, heating, and electrical appliances upon departure.
Windows and doors must be closed.
8. Furniture and Damages
Please treat the house and its contents with care.
Any damage or missing items must be reported as soon as possible.
9. Use of Facilities
The grill must be used according to instructions.
Always leave the grill and stove clean after use.
Children must be supervised near the fireplace, stove, terrace, and other facilities.
10. Parking
Parking is permitted in the garage or outside the house.
11. Safety
Open fires and fireworks are not permitted.
Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the house.
12. Contract Priority
If a contract is made between the lessor and the tenant, the contract terms will overrule these house rules.
